I first went to see Vincent several years ago when I had bursitis which was extremely painful and which, despite scans and injections etc, had not been resolved by conventional treatment. I had three or four sessions with him and amazingly, I was pain-free and of course delighted. Since then, I've been back on several occasions with different problems and he always manages to sort them out. I would not go anywhere else now.

I've been experiencing problems with my shoulders for several years, and have had various medical care and massage treatment. In just a few sessions Vincent has truly made a difference and achieved something which medical procedures couldn't: he has a very practical approach (focused on the whole body), lots of good tips, and has agreed an ongoing exercise programme with me. I'm feeling a huge and positive difference. Strong recommendation.

I saw Vince a few months ago for neck and shoulder pain and frequent debilitating migraines. Since the treatment I have not had a single migraine; it is fair to say this has changed my life! The neck and shoulder pain is also all but gone. Vince explained very clearly and scientifically which nerves were causing the pain and how compression was triggering migraines. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Beyond highly recommend! Vincent's been our family osteopath for many, many years for all sorts of various issues and we have never looked back. It's clear osteopathy is Vincent's passion, beyond knowledgeable. I had the most excruciating back, hip and knee pain for 2–3 weeks whilst taking the strongest painkillers available — 4 sessions seeing Vincent and I'm basically back to normal, gobsmacked! I was really struggling with my back pain and had seen multiple other osteopaths, chiropractors and physio therapists all of whom had different approaches and none of whom seemed to help. Vincent's treatment was very different to the others and it really seemed to help with the pain. I highly recommend Vincent, he has helped me, my husband & sister over the last 20 years with various back/knee problems. After lifting an elderly lady from the floor I damaged my back and had two trapped nerves (sciatica) causing extreme pain. Vincent treated me several times and also worked on my neck and head as I had mild vertigo. I can not speak more highly of an osteopath than I do of Vincent. Highly personable, impeccably professional, and seemingly a miracle worker on this nearly 50-year-old rugby-weary body. If there is only one problem, it's that he's too good and you don't need to see him that often as he sorted the curvature of my upper spine in three or four sessions. He is the best I've ever employed on my back.

I have been visiting Vincent Barnes clinic for over 2 years, after an old neck/disc injury that returned with a vengeance when I was in early pregnancy. I was in excruciating pain and being pregnant, was unable to take appropriate medication. Vincent put a comprehensive programme together to tackle three problem areas. Three months on I have been in the best shape for at least 10 years — and I enjoy deep night's sleeps whereas before, the pain would keep me awake throughout the night. I turned up crying in pain with lower back pain and pain shooting down my leg. After just 1 visit I left there completely shocked in the outcome — pain free. I then went back roughly 12 months later with TMJ problems which had been causing serious issues for my speech and eating, with a lot of popping and clicking.
