Back and neck problems
Acute or long-standing pain in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine — including pain that has resisted other treatment.
This clinic specialises in treating acute and chronic nerve, muscle and joint conditions. Vincent has developed a dedicated approach to treating these.
How treatment works
Every patient follows the same simple arc: careful assessment, focused manual treatment, and a plan you can take home.
History-taking, movement testing and a working diagnosis. Vincent will tell you honestly whether osteopathy can help, or recommend who to see if it can't.
Manual therapy: joint articulation, manipulation and soft-tissue mobilisation tailored to your assessment.
As part of the treatment plan, if appropriate, you will be offered an exercise plan, things to avoid, and what to expect over the next 48 hours.
The conditions
The problems that bring people through the door. Each one is a starting point. Every case is different. A logical treatment plan aimed at resolving what was observed in the assessment.

Plantar fasciitis and related heel conditions limiting daily activity.
RSI from desk work or manual trades, together with sprains, strains and overuse injuries that haven't responded to other treatment.
Describe your problem in a sentence. He'll tell you honestly whether a treatment is likely to help, or who to see if it isn't.
