Conditions treated

This clinic specialises in treating acute and chronic nerve, muscle and joint conditions. Vincent has developed a dedicated approach to treating these.

How treatment works

A clear, hands-on process

Every patient follows the same simple arc: careful assessment, focused manual treatment, and a plan you can take home.

  1. I

    Assessment

History-taking, movement testing and a working diagnosis. Vincent will tell you honestly whether osteopathy can help, or recommend who to see if it can't.

  2. II

    Hands-on treatment

Manual therapy: joint articulation, manipulation and soft-tissue mobilisation tailored to your assessment.

  3. III

    Aftercare & exercises

As part of the treatment plan, if appropriate, you will be offered an exercise plan, things to avoid, and what to expect over the next 48 hours.
